Jingle Bell Jazz
This album was originally issued in 1962 (with different artwork) and then reissued in 1973 (with the art pictured above). My cassette comes from 1980, so it got another reissue later. Eventually it was combined with a second jazz Christmas album and it was released on CD. Unfortunately, on the CD version some important songs were cut.
This is a dub of the original running order.

Thank you so much for this dub. I loved this version and do not have the technology to copy the cassette myself.
Almost crying here.... I had this cassette in college, 25 years ago. I've since purchased the "Jingle Bell Swing" CD, which admittedly has some unique and wonderful cuts of its own (Art Carney scat-reciting "'Twas The Night Before Christmas" !)... but I've searched for YEARS for Lionel Hampton's "White Christmas" and The Manhattan Jazz All-Stars "If I Were A Bell."
Thank you... God Bless... Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Glad you enjoyed it!
(and now I've got to find that Art Carney piece...)

Thanks for digging that up.
That was, er, not quite as good as I had hoped that it would be.
Adding another thank you! I grew up listening to this tape and was disappointed that the CD version wasn't quite the same.
Happy holidays and a happy New Year!
